John Khoury

Senior Vice President, Client Solutions

John Khoury serves as Senior Vice President of Client Solutions at Lumeris. He oversees the development of purpose-built solutions that will enable our partners to achieve the Triple Aim +1™.  These clinical and operational solutions enable the alignment of the business model and care delivery model to excel in value-based care models.    

Prior to Lumeris, John spent 15 years with BJC Healthcare, in various leadership and clinical/operational roles. He has a Doctorate in Pharmacy from the St. Louis College of Pharmacy and a Master’s in Business Administration from the Olin School of Business, at Washington University in St. Louis.  He has extensive process improvement, business development, and healthcare management experience and is still licensed as a pharmacist in two states. 

John specializes in provider-patient engagement, process improvement, workflow redesign, clinical quality improvement, cost and utilization improvement, incentive alignment, accurate documentation of disease, and volume-to-value strategy and transformation.
