Lisa Slattery serves as the Senior Vice President of Health Plan Operations at Lumeris. Lisa shares our deep passion for driving healthcare quality to the next level. Her clinical background as a physical therapist has instilled a pragmatic approach to her work, which has proven instrumental in her accomplishments. Lisa is a seasoned leader, with experience in transformational structure and process improvement, across many healthcare settings in the public and private healthcare sectors. She brings experience working in a large integrated health system with multiple hospitals, physician groups, and a health plan serving both commercial and Medicare where she served as the Quality and Population Health Officer.

Throughout her career, Lisa has worked around critical components of CAHPS, HCAHPS, HEDIS, NCQA and other accreditation organizations. Lisa lives in Tampa, loves rowing, hiking, kayaking, has two grown, accomplished daughters (a violinist and an environmental attorney) and bulldog named Tony.
