A tenured Human Resources executive and business-minded thought leader with diverse experience leading domestic and global HR functions, Julie brings a strong track record building organizational excellence and engaging a high performing workforce. Prior to her role with Lumeris, Julie had successful stints at Epiq Global, JP Morgan and Farmers Insurance.
Julie is dedicated to driving organizational capability and fostering employee engagement. Leveraging her expertise in talent acquisition, talent development, and retention strategies, she ensures Lumeris remains at the forefront of industry best practices, setting the stage for sustained growth and success.
Julie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Kansas State University and a Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Emporia State University.
