Dr. Kelly Chewning Gluth serves as Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations at Lumeris. She is a dynamic physician executive and innovative healthcare leader with years of experience in health system leadership, value-based care, and strategic development with community and academic systems. Her unique strategic, operational, and programmatic leadership abilities allow her to design, implement, and lead novel initiatives with a beneficial focus. Dr. Gluth specializes in infrastructure, technology, programs, external relationships, and culture required to establish an organization for success in risk-based reimbursement models for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial populations. She is highly recognized for her collaborative leadership skills and her ability to provide robust support and motivation to improve team performance. Prior to Lumeris, Dr. Gluth served as the Chief Clinical Officer at SEVITA and is the founding Principal at Capital Healthcare and Technology Partners.
