Senior Vice President of Emerging Markets & Strategic Initiatives

Joe Satorius is Senior Vice President of Emerging Markets & Strategic Initiatives at Lumeris, where he leads strategic growth initiatives, public sector engagement, and deployment of AI-enabled primary care and value-based care solutions focused on improving access, outcomes, and sustainability across rural and underserved communities.

Joe works with health systems, provider organizations, and public sector stakeholders nationwide to advance innovative care models that integrate AI, virtual care, and population health infrastructure into frontline clinical operations. Prior to his current role, he led national Medicare accountable care and value-based care business lines supporting more than one million beneficiaries across Medicare Advantage, ACO REACH, and MSSP programs.

Before joining Lumeris, Joe held strategic leadership roles at Cigna/Express Scripts and previously advised on M&A and capital markets transactions at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York. He began his career with Teach For America teaching middle school mathematics in the New York City and Newark, New Jersey.
