Beyond the Visit: How Ochsner Health is Using AI to Transform Primary Care Delivery

May 13, 2026
Virtual
12:00 - 1:00 PM, CT

Primary care is under pressure. Health systems are facing rising demand, limited provider capacity and increasing pressure to improve access and patient experience all while reducing administrative burden on clinicians.

What does it actually take to redesign primary care for today’s environment?

In this webinar, Dr. Oliver “Rocky” Mollère, system chair of primary care at Ochsner Health, will share how his organization is transforming primary care delivery through a continuous, technology-enabled model of care.

This session will offer a real-world case study of how Ochsner is:

  • Expanding access to care without simply adding more physicians
  • Redesigning workflows to support team-based, longitudinal care
  • Integrating AI-enabled tools to reduce administrative burden and support clinical decision-making
  • Moving beyond traditional visit-based care toward a more proactive, always-on model

You’ll also hear how emerging approaches like Primary Care as a Service (PCaaS) are helping organizations operationalize these changes at scale.
