Greg Scrine is a senior vice president with the Advisory Solutions group within Lumeris. Greg leads client advisory teams that work with a broad array of health system, physician, and payer organizations that seek to transform their business and clinical models to excel under population health management value-based arrangements. Greg has pioneered the strategy, design, and creation of population health service organizations (PHSOs) for notable provider and payer organizations across the country. With more than 20 years of healthcare advisory experience, he brings a deep understanding of healthcare organizations and a practical perspective to rapidly advance clients on their value-based journey.
Greg is a frequent author and speaker on the topics of value-based strategy, population health services organization development, and healthcare innovation. Prior to Lumeris, he held leadership roles in the consulting practices at GE Healthcare Partners, Sg2, and Tiber Group.
Greg holds Master of Health Services Administration and Master of Arts, Applied Economics degrees from the University of Michigan.
Jill Donovan is a Principal at Leavitt Partners based in Salt Lake City. As a Principal, Jill specializes in Alternative Payment Models and Care Delivery. Prior to joining Leavitt Partners, Jill was a Vice President and General Manager at Landmark Health where she oversaw a highly innovative care delivery model, and multidisciplinary clinical teams centered on the clinically complex segments of the population under commercial payers.
Jill is a former VP at Cogent HMG, where she supported the operational management and oversight of hospitalist programs. At Cogent HMG Jill was responsible for operational and financial performance, as well as regional growth partnering with hospitals, primary care groups, and post-acute care centers to drive value-based care.
Jill holds a bachelor’s from DePaul University in Biology and a master’s from Oregon Health and Science University in Health Care Administration.
